Our company is a professional manufacturer of automotive castings, a modern enterprise that integrates casting and machining, and has independent import and export rights. Established in 1994, it is a private joint-stock enterprise.

The company's casting workshop has five casting production lines, three horizontal lines and two vertical lines, namely Dongjiu Line, Hunter Line (2 lines), Disha Line, and Weir Line, with a designed annual production capacity of 50000 tons. The machining workshop is equipped with over 80 sets of equipment including CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and CNC machining centers. The company is equipped with advanced German imported spectrometers, coordinate measuring instruments, CS878 series infrared high-frequency carbon and sulfur analyzers, universal material testing machines, Brinell hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, molding sand performance testers, salt spray testing machines, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and other equipment, with high capabilities in product process development and production process control.

The company currently has over 400 employees, including 1 professor level senior engineer, 12 engineers, and more than 30 inspection and technical personnel. After more than 10 years of development and innovation, the company is now able to produce various ductile iron parts, alloy cast iron parts, creep graphite cast iron parts, and gray cast iron parts such as automotive clutches, power steering gears, brakes, and differentials. The casting quality is excellent, and the technical level is in a leading position in China. Currently, we have established supply relationships with many large and well-known global enterprises. As a secondary supplier, our company provides product supporting services for FAW Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai Automotive Group, General Motors, Hyundai, BYD, Nissan, Toyota, Great Wall Motors, Geely, Jiangling Motors, Dongfeng Cummins, and others.
